At Calbelle, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping details below.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Some of our jewellery pieces may be shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners to ensure quality and efficient delivery.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • United States: 5 - 8 business days

  • Canada: 7-10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5-8 business days

  • Europe: 3-10 business days

  • Australia: 3-10 business days
  • Global: 7-14 business days

Orders are automatically routed to the nearest available fulfillment center to provide faster delivery where possible.

Tracking information is automatically synced to your order once available. In some cases, tracking may not update immediately after fulfillment because the carrier has not scanned the package yet. Tracking usually updates within 24–48 hours.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment confirmation depending on the carrier.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Calbelle.


Delays & Unexpected Issues

While we work closely with our shipping partners, delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order has already entered processing or shipment, we may be unable to modify the delivery address.

Calbelle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at support@calbelle.com.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
